About the role

We have a vacancy for an SAP Implementation Systems Specialist to assist with the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) systems.   This role is crucial in the successful implementation and maintenance of our SAP system. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that our SAP solutions meet the needs of the business and are aligned with our strategic goals. You will gather information and translate this information to solutions, including configuration, testing and deployment.

This is a full time 6-month fixed term contract based in the Melbourne CBD office, reporting to the Senior Manager Business Systems.

 

About you 

You will have proven experienced in SAP EC and ECP Implementation and support, together with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, working with stakeholders to resolve issues to meet business needs.  You will enjoy working to tight deadlines as part of the SAP Project Team. 

Skills and Experience required

  • Demonstrated experience in defining and driving the successful implementation and completion of SuccessFactors ECP & EC in a HR environment.
  • Strong technical skills in SAP payroll systems and implementations
  • Experience leading or contributing to HRIS implementations, upgrades, or process redesigns.
  • SAP System Administration experience to support the implementation and maintenance of SF ECP & EC.
  • Experience with system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) and parallel pay run testing (PPRT) for ECP and EC.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on multi-tasking and prioritising conflicting priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage across all levels.
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in a range of computing skills including Microsoft Office and project management software programs and HRIS software.
  • A proactive approach with demonstrated examples of initiative, problem solving and professionalism.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end project management of HR initiatives.
  • Desirable: SAP Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll Certified.
  • Desirable: Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or Project Management.
