About the role

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with hiring managers across the organisation to discuss and deliver on current and future recruitment needs. You will collaborate with the business to identify hiring requirements, develop a deep understanding of their teams, positions they recruit, and what great looks like in a candidate.

 

What your day may look like:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and gathering relevant compliance. Then to making offers, sending contracts, and onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies and campaigns, using various channels and platforms, to attract and engage diverse and high-quality talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and the wider People Services team.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition function, by identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Administrative duties (i.e. writing adverts, managing candidates, compliance checks, generating contracts and candidate onboarding).

 

About you

  • You'll have a few years of experience working in a fast-paced, volume recruitment role, either within an agency or internal setting. 
  • Love utilising a variety of candidate attraction strategies and have a keen interest in embracing new technologies. 
  • You will be passionate about candidate management, ensuring respect, care, and timely, constructive feedback for every candidate.
  • Contribute to and highlight our employee value proposition of VMCH to prospective candidates.  
  • You will have outstanding time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities. Trust us, you will have lots of balls to juggle!
