About the role
As the first point of contact for both existing and prospective clients, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a seamless and supportive experience. You’ll help clients navigate care options, respond to enquiries, and ensure their needs are met with empathy and efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Be the go-to contact for new and existing AHAC clients
- Guide people through their care journey with empathy and clarity
- Troubleshoot service issues and ensure smooth, timely resolutions
- Support intake and referrals with a focus on person-centred care
- Keep accurate records and manage high-volume calls with ease
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless support
About you
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- A client-centric mindset with a passion for quality service
- Ability to manage high-volume enquiries and multitask effectively
- Experience in aged care or similar settings (desirable)
- Familiarity with Carelink+ and aged care funding streams (a plus)
