Casual Personal Care Assistant Role

VMCH is currently seeking casual Personal Care Assistants to join the team at Star of the Sea. These roles require one to work mornings, with a minimum of three shifts per week preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver care and support aligned with each resident’s Care Plan.

• Apply person-centred care approaches in all interactions.

• Support residents based on their individual needs, strengths, and preferences.

What You’ll Need:

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.

• A genuine passion for aged care and supporting older Australians.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Previous experience in aged care is highly regarded but not mandatory.
