About the role
As Scheduling Senior Team Leader at VMCH, you will lead a high-performing rostering team to deliver efficient, client-focused scheduling for in-home aged care clients. You will drive process improvements, support team wellbeing, and ensure every client receives quality, timely service.
Your focus will include:
- Designing and maintaining robust scheduling and rostering processes
- Managing daily operational challenges and developing contingency plans
- Leading, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative team culture
- Championing service excellence and resolving client concerns
- Driving insourcing and optimising workforce utilisation
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational standards

You bring strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Essential
- Leadership experience in the Aged Care or Disability sector
- Proven ability to manage large, dispersed teams in high-volume, complex environments
- Experience developing processes, procedures, and leading change management
Desirable
- Experience working in a logistics environment
- Understanding of recent Support at Home reforms
