About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Workforce Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day management of our internal support workers, delivering exceptional care to clients within At Home Aged Care (AHAC). In this dynamic role, you will inspire, mentor, and empower teams across multiple regions, ensuring every client receives high-quality, safe and compassionate support.
Step into a role where you will:
- Oversee service delivery and ensure compliance with VMCH policies and legislation
- Lead, supervise, and develop staff to build effective teams
- Manage staffing needs, recruitment and workforce planning
- Drive improvements, resolve client and staff complaints and support best practice initiatives
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching and mentoring
- Standardise service practices, support technology solutions and maintain quality and safety standards
About you
Essential
- Experience in an aged care or disability leadership position
- Demonstrated ability to work with remote and dispersed teams
- Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Project, Outlook)
- Understanding of the aged care regulatory framework and compliance
- Experience in staff management and development.
- Willingness to travel
- Current Victorian driver’s licence
Desirable
- Experience with Carelink or similar client management systems.
