We’re looking for a Claims Representative to determine Industrial Deafness claims within Government 1 team.  This is a permanent opportunity.

In this role you will be working with employers, workers and medical practitioners to accurately determine in a worker’s entitlement to Industrial Deafness (ID) claims and facilitate permanent impairment (PI) assessment for finalised and accepted ID claims.  

To be successful in this role we are looking for people who:  

• Can work autonomously, proactively planning your day to ensure the right customer experience and legislative timeframes are met  

• Effectively communicate and build strong relationships with all stakeholders 

• Well developed written communication skills to effectively draft RFD letters  

• Ensure accurate records are kept in line with WorkCover’s record management policies  

• Work collaboratively in a team environment
