We’re looking for a Claims Representative to determine Industrial Deafness claims within Government 1 team. This is a permanent opportunity.
In this role you will be working with employers, workers and medical practitioners to accurately determine in a worker’s entitlement to Industrial Deafness (ID) claims and facilitate permanent impairment (PI) assessment for finalised and accepted ID claims.
To be successful in this role we are looking for people who:

Can work autonomously, proactively planning your day to ensure the right customer experience and legislative timeframes are met

Effectively communicate and build strong relationships with all stakeholders

Well developed written communication skills to effectively draft RFD letters

Ensure accurate records are kept in line with WorkCover’s record management policies

Work collaboratively in a team environment
