We’re currently seeking a Remediation Analyst to join our Specialist Remediation Team and help us drive improvement across our claims, employer, and provider functions.
As a Remediation Analyst, you’ll analyse issues and root causes identified through internal audits and regulatory reviews. You’ll work collaboratively to develop tangible action plans and a holistic roadmap of remediation activities that deliver real change. Your analytical mindset, communication strengths, and project delivery expertise will help shape continuous improvement across WorkCover Queensland.
What You'll Be Doing:

Analyse audit and regulatory findings to identify issues and root causes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, track, and report on remediation activities.

Identify gaps in current initiatives and recommend pragmatic solutions.

Develop a central source of truth and maintain a full remediation roadmap.

Contribute to key improvement initiatives, including a customer-focused complaints framework.

Provide business analysis support across the Specialist Remediation Team.
What We are Looking For:

A degree in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

At least 3 years’ experience in business operations, project delivery, remediation or business analysis.

Experience in regulated environments like insurance or financial services.

Strong analytical, critical thinking and planning skills.

The ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

A values-driven approach that aligns with WorkCover’s culture of integrity and collaboration.
