We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to join our Quality Assurance team.
In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic leadership to a team of Quality Assurance Advisors, driving our quality assurance program to ensure continuous improvement in claims quality and customer outcomes.
As the Quality Assurance Lead, you will champion data integrity, continuous improvement, and operational excellence by delivering innovative, scalable solutions that enhance both performance and customer experience. Your leadership will involve coaching and mentoring your team and frontline staff, building capability and fostering a culture of quality.
Your passion for driving initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency will be key. Utilising data-driven decision-making, you will translate insights to key stakeholders, aligning quality priorities with business objectives and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.

Share a recent example of how you have coached and mentored frontline staff to enhance skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Provide an example a time you have analysed quality assurance data to identify systemic trends or emerging risks, and how you developed strategies to mitigate these risks.

Outline a situation where you collaborated with senior stakeholders to co-design and implement a risk mitigation strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
