Position Overview: The People Services Coordinator - Procurement will play a crucial role in managing the procurement processes related to HR and employee services. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing contracts, and ensuring that all procurement activities align with the company's policies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the procurement of HR-related goods and services, including office supplies, training materials, and employee benefits.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of necessary materials.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to procurement activities.
  • Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and performance to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong English Skills 
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
