Brief Description of Role:
The role holder will deliver successful outcomes commensurate with divisional / brand needs. The key requirements will include (but are not limited to) effective administration, maintenance, updating, distribution of data, information and reports related to the needs of the business which assigns the task.
Activity related to this group of roles includes, but is not limited to:
Pre-Season Category Planning, Hindsight Analysis & Evaluation, Assortment Strategy & Planning, Buying/ Range Development incl. Trips, Assortment selection, build & Confirmation, OTB Confirmation & On Order management, WSSI management to drive stock flow, Internal & External Cross Functional tasks, Store visits, PR&C Compliance
Content of the role profile will be determined by 3 core elements:
Know-how: the level of skill, knowledge or experience required to deliver successful outcomes

Role requirements:
These will vary according to division / brand. Role holder will be responsible for successful completion of the following elements related to these tasks: Effective administration of relevant documents and systems. Arranging, compiling and co-ordinating records, data, information, and reports. Maintenance of relevant filing and recording systems and any associated electronic systems. Organization, preparation, production and distribution of reports and information files.
