Purpose of the Role

  • To provide a professional and efficient onboarding service to the business
  • Supporting the recruitment team to ensure that onboarding is completed in a timely and efficient manner

Onboarding Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition for new hires from the recruitment phase to their first day.
  • Schedule and facilitate onboarding sessions, including orientation management, training, and introductions to key team members.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed and filed appropriately.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Monitor and track the progress of new hires during their onboarding period, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to continuously improve the onboarding process and ensure it aligns with company goals and values.

Stakeholder & Client Relationship:

  • Ensure that they have a full understanding of the division and brands
  • Agree on onboarding campaign plan details and timescales prior to commencement of assignment and deliver accordingly
  • Advise stakeholders on any onboarding issues, such as new ministry guidelines

Skills and Experience 

  • Experience and knowledge of recruitment processes would be highly beneficial
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task & handle multiple projects/divisions
  • Proficient with MS Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel
