The Opportunity

Join our specialist remuneration team and help shape how Cleanaway evaluates roles, benchmarks pay and delivers reward programs. You will combine hands-on analytical work with the opportunity to improve established processes and support informed pay decisions across the business.

• Coordinate analysis for the annual reward cycle, including remuneration reviews and salary recommendations.
• Drive incentive programs through accurate modelling, administration and reporting.
• Support our transition to Korn Ferry job evaluation and role banding, bringing greater consistency to role sizing and market benchmarking.
• Analyse internal pay relativities, external benchmarks and workforce data to provide clear, decision-ready remuneration insights.
• Prepare governance reporting, disclosures and supporting analysis for executive and Board reporting.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and strengthen the effectiveness of remuneration reporting.

About You

You are already working in remuneration or reward at a large listed business and bring the specialist judgement to contribute from day one. You enjoy making sense of complex data and helping stakeholders understand the implications for pay decisions.

• Established experience in remuneration, reward or compensation and benefits, including practical involvement in remuneration review cycles and salary benchmarking.
• Advanced Excel capability, with confidence analysing, modelling and reconciling large datasets.
• Working knowledge of fixed pay, incentive arrangements, remuneration frameworks and the annual reward cycle.
• Ability to translate detailed analysis into clear recommendations and practical guidance for a range of stakeholders.
• Korn Ferry job evaluation accreditation or hands-on experience with its methodology would be an advantage.
