Van Driver
Performs a variety of safe passenger transportation and operational support duties for rail crews and essential riders, requiring strong driving skills, knowledge of safety policies and route procedures, and a high level of reliability. Duties must be performed independently and include vehicle pre-trip inspections, safe navigation, passenger assistance, and routine travel logging. Serves as a key frontline representative delivering critical mobility support across local work centers.
I. Job Duties

- Perform related duties as assigned to support the mission of Hallcon
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Safely operates passenger vans to transport essential rail crews and passengers between designated terminals, work sites, and regional yards
- Conducts pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections, maintains vehicle cleanliness, and logs daily trips, mileage, and operational reports
II. Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum 21 years of age)
III. Proposed Salary
- $18.00 - $22.00 / hour
