Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm


Job Summary: The Parent Resource Associate provides counseling, information, and educational materials to parents and guardians in need of information about child development and/or parenting. Maintains parent education resource database.


Additional Department Summary: Plans and implements the Baby TALK program. Baby TALK is a community family support model that provides the framework to guide families and practitioners in nurturing optimal child development by supporting parents and their children birth to three years.


Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher and some experience working with children and families; OR associate's degree and two (2) years of experience working with children and families; OR high school diploma or GED and four (4) years of experience working with children and families.
