Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm; rotates to open, manage, and close the Student Center location on weekends.


Job Summary: The Supervisor Online Sales Operations oversees the e-commerce sales operations, ensuring that customer orders are filled in an accurate and timely manner according to established store procedures. Assign and delegate tasks to ensure an adequate number of team members are pulling merchandise for orders, packing orders, and preparing for shipping to ensure orders move through the process in a timely manner.


Additional Department Summary: Serves as a part of the Supply Store management team with capability to act autonomously in making decisions and oversees approximately $12 million in Store inventory. Opens and closes the Store as needed. Rotates with other management team members to manage the entire Store on the weekends. Performs specific operational functions in inventory management and point of sale system as needed.


Required Minimum Qualifications: The Supervisor Online Sales Operations oversees the e-commerce sales operations, ensuring that customer orders are filled in an accurate and timely manner according to established store procedures. Assign and delegate tasks to ensure an adequate number of team members are pulling merchandise for orders, packing orders, and preparing for shipping to ensure orders move through the process in a timely manner. Schedule and supervise employees in the e-commerce sales operations. Serves as backup to the Manager and assists with all facets of website design, layout, and management.


Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.


Skills and Knowledge: Ability to work on rotation to open, manage, and close the Student Center location on weekends. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, planning, organizational, and decision making skills. Working knowledge of personal computers.


Preferred Qualifications: Management or supervisory experience and skills in a retail environment.
