Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm; some evenings, weekends, & holidays required


Job Summary: The Action Card Representative serves as primary point of contact for all Action Card communications and special events. Represents the Action Card office during special events (Bama Bound, etc.) and as requested in other situations. Monitors and responds to department emails and voicemails. Coordinates department participation in campus special events, including some night and weekend events. Works all home football events.


Additional Department Summary: Works weekends and nights as needed for campus events and systems operations, including home football games, move-in weekend hours, back to school events, orientation, etc. May be required to travel for educational and training opportunities.


Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and four (4) years of experience; OR associate’s degree and two (2) years of experience; OR bachelor's degree or higher.


Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.


Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Customer Relations Management (CRM).
