Job Summary: The Office Assistant provides essential administrative support for Truth & Grace Law. Maintains an organized reception area. Answers phone calls, directs inquiries, and takes messages. Collects basic client information. Schedules new client consultations. Communicates with clients about upcoming court hearings. Picks up and drops off items at various locations within the Tuscaloosa area. Additional duties as assigned.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Dependable, responsible, and professional. Reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Skills and Knowledge: Excellent communication skills.
