Job Summary: The Team Member provides customer service at Lamon's Fried and Frosty.

Additional Department Summary: Lamon’s Fried and Frosty is hiring for multiple Front and Back of House roles: Cashier & Food Runner, Ice Cream Attendant, Fry Cook, Flat Top Cook, Prep Cook, and Back Line Expo.

• The Cashier & Food Runner takes orders. Runs food to tables. Manages to-go packaging. Provides friendly customer service.

• The Ice Cream Attendant serves soft-serve cones and cups. Manages toppings. Maintains cleanliness of the station.

• The Fry Cook operates fryers for chicken, fries, and fish, with a focus on speed and food safety.

• The Flat Top Cook prepares grilled or blackened chicken and catfish on the flat-top grill.

• The Prep Cook assists with food prep and station setup. Stocks ingredients and cleans.

• The Back Line Expo organizes and plate orders. Communicates between kitchen and front staff.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift at least 30 pounds or at least 50 pounds for some back of house positions. Stand and bend for extended periods. Must be available to work at least one lunch or dinner shift per week. Ability to work in hot kitchen environments near fryers and grills.

Skills and Knowledge: Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Willingness to learn new tasks and take directions.

Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work nights and weekends. Food service or hospitality experience. Familiarity with commercial kitchen tools or POS systems (Toast experience is a plus). ServSafe certification.
