Normal Work Schedule: Varies; Saturday 8:30am to 5:00pm; at least 30 hours per week

Job Summary: The Receptionist provides support for Townsend Honda. Handles the switchboard on Saturday as well as picks up additional hours during the week as schedule allows. Answers the phone and routes calls to the appropriate person/department. Takes messages for the Dealer and General Manager, as well as requests for Service department appointments.

Additional Department Summary: Additional duties may include light office work to include filing as well as cashiering and other office duties. Lunch is provided each Saturday. Dress code is comfortable but professional. Jeans and slacks are permitted with an appropriate top/shirt. Paid weekly via direct deposit.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Dependable transportation.

Skills and Knowledge: Must have a pleasant personality and enjoy interacting with the public by greeting customers and answering the phone.
