Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant manages filing systems and maintains organized records. Handles email and phone correspondence and responds to inquiries in a timely manner. Assists with event preparation, including setup and coordination. Oversees database management, including data entry and updates. Provides general organization skills and upkeeps to storage areas. Provides general administrative support to church leadership and staff.


Required Minimum Qualifications: Proficiency in database management and basic computer applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A heart for serving and supporting the mission of Hope City Church.


Skills and Knowledge: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
