Documenting lessons learned, good practices, and implementation insights will help inform future planning and strengthen adaptive learning across the organization. This is especially important for ensuring that institutional knowledge remains accessible and actionable during times of change. The transition to Gavi 6.0 also introduces updated processes and guidance that require clear communication and capacity-building across Country Offices and partners. Strategic KM support is essential to ensure that these changes are well understood, internalized, and implemented effectively. In addition, knowledge management can function as a bridge to support collaboration and improve organizational learning and effectiveness in times of change and uncertainty. This consultancy will contribute to these efforts by advancing targeted KM initiatives that promote knowledge continuity, internal collaboration, and organizational learning.
