Minimum requirements
Education:
Le ou la Spécialiste devra être titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire de Master (BAC +5) en Sciences de l’Environnement, géographie, gestion des écosystèmes ou autres diplômes similaires avec au moins 5 ans d’expérience ou un diplôme universitaire de niveau Licence (BAC+3) dans les mêmes domaines avec au moins 7 ans d’expérience
Work Experience:
Il ou elle devra avoir les expériences suivantes :
- Avoir une expérience dans le suivi environnemental et social de projets de développement financés par la Banque mondiale ;
- Avoir pris part à une formation ayant abouti à l’obtention d’une attestation de formation ou de participation sur le Cadre de Gestion Environnemental et Social (CGES) de la Banque mondiale ;
- Justifier d’une expérience d’élaboration d’un instrument environnemental pour un projet financé par la Banque mondiale sur lequel s’applique le nouveau CGES
- Avoir une expérience d’au moins cinq (5) ans dans la préparation et/ou la gestion de la mise en œuvre des EIES, PGES, de projets/programmes financés par la Banque Mondiale.
Disposer d’une bonne connaissance du contexte général et une bonne maîtrise des politiques de la sauvegarde environnementale et sociale de la Banque Mondiale
Language Requirements:
La maîtrise du français est requise. La connaissance de l'anglais ou d'une autre langue officielle des Nations unies (arabe, chinois, espagnol ou russe) ou d'une langue locale est un atout.
Desirables:
