The UNICEF Eastern and Southern Africa Regional Office (ESARO) is looking for highly experienced Staff Counsellor (Multi-Country) based in Nairobi, Kenya. This is a multi-country position and will be expected to travel to country offices as required. Reporting to the Regional Staff Counsellor, the Staff Counsellor will support the newly established Centre Of Excellence in Nairobi and support staff and families with transition. The Staff Counsellor will work in close coordination with Country Management Teams, Emergency Coordinators, People and Culture team, Staff Association, Peer Support Volunteers (PSVs), the UN Medical Clinic and UN Staff Counsellors.
