Perfil del candidato y calificaciones requeridas:
- Se requiere título universitario en uno de los siguientes campos: Educación, Psicología, Sociología u otro campo técnico relevante.
- Se valorará positivamente conocimientos específicos en género y derechos humanos; así como el trabajo previo en niñez y adolescencia.
- Experiencia específica comprobada de trabajo en el desarrollo de estrategias intersectoriales y para atender a la población de adolescentes y jóvenes.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en el apoyo a la formulación de documentos de política pública o proyectos de desarrollo.
- Conocimiento específico de la política pública orientada a promover la participación de adolescentes y jóvenes en el Ecuador y en temas vinculados con planificación, seguimiento y monitoreo de proyectos.
- Se valorará positivamente experiencia de trabajo con organismos internacionales.
- Excelentes habilidades de escribir documentos.
- Conocimiento de Word, Excell, Power Point y demás programas para el desarrollo de la estrategia.
- Habilidades para levantamiento de información cuantitativo y cualitativo.
- Conocimiento de métodos de investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa.
- Conocimiento del idioma inglés para mantener reuniones de trabajo con contrapartes de habla inglesa.
- Escritura en inglés.
Criterios de evaluación:
- La formación académica y experiencia relacionada con el cargo tendrá un peso de 30 puntos
- La propuesta técnica debe contemplar un esquema de cómo plantearía la estrategia. Tendrá un peso de 40 puntos
- La propuesta económica debe reflejar el valor mensual de los honorarios y un estimado de los viajes propuestos para el desarrollo de la consultoría. Tendrá un peso de 30 puntos.
