The Job:
- Act as a Team Manager to ensure quality IT services are delivered to support day-to-day operations for Warehouse & Supply-Chain, Shared Services HR & Finance functions
- Be the prime focal point and owner to drive effective IT incident management and problem management process
- Work closely in day to day with internal IT teams and offshore support resources
- Manage external IT vendors/service providers to ensure that 24x7 operations is maintained on high quality and value proposition
- Drive regular performance review on service KPIs, and deliver continuous service improvement actions to maintain IT service standard.
- Communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver quality projects on time and within budget
- Manage non-office hours incident escalation where required, and able to work under pressure and tight schedule
The Person:
- University graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience, including IT service management, project management and vendor management
- Hands-on support experience for Warehouse Management Systems in FMCG environment will be preferred
- Knowledge and experience in SAP systems, Enterprise HR & Payroll systems will be advantageous
- Strong leadership skills in leading technical teams to achieve high quality deliverables within tight timeline
- Excellent problem solving skills, and able to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and different levels of users
- Knowledge in IT governance & best practices, PMP / ITILv3 Certification
- Strong written & verbal communication in English and Chinese
- Willing to provide on call emergency support outside normal office hours
- Occasional traveling to other countries may be required
