The Job

The incumbent will be working closely with the key stakeholders and vendors on BI requirement analysis, solution design and building, testing and deployment. You will play a key role in the project team that is responsible on rolling out a blueprint KPI solution to all banners in the Dairy Farm Group.

• Plans, designs, develops, tests and documents software programs for medium complexity development projects, following defined project standards
• Ensures that the delivered software satisfies the functional and non-functional requirements
• Prepare, schedule and perform appropriate tests for the software
• Deliver quality software ensuring minimal defects and the conduct of agreed Quality Assurance processes to continuously improve deliverables
• Strong Cost/Benefit focus to ensure effort is focused on true business value

The Person

• University graduate with a degree preferably in Computer Science or a related discipline Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse solution design and development, ideally with exposure to business reporting technologies in Retail industry
• SAP ERP or SAP BI knowledge is an advantage
• Strong analytical mind with good communication & interpersonal skill
• Customer-oriented; can work independently and deliver multiple small to medium size initiatives or projects
• Good knowledge of multiple aspects of the retail industry is advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese communication skills
