The Dairy Farm Audit and Risk Management (“DFARM”) team is looking for an experienced, high performing candidate with strong IT audit background, project management experience and enthusiasm to help lead the IT internal audit and data analytics programs at Dairy Farm Group and provide support to the business leaders across the organization.

Utilizing data analytics, internal audit works to address areas to drive the development and implementation of continuous monitoring and compliance analytics in areas including store audit, store support centre audit and IT audit. Our team is focused on developing our data analytics capabilities to facilitate efficiencies for both our team and other parts of the business. With the ability to identify areas for improvement, develop recommendations and become part of the solutions that will help improve the business; valued audits that make a difference.

This role is based in Hong Kong with international exposure to North Asia and Southeast Asia regions.

The Job:

• Identifies the key risks across the group with a focus on IT risks and assists in developing the risk-based annual audit plan
• Maintains the IT audit programs and leads team to execute IT audit covering IT governance, IT general controls, IT application controls, cyber security and data privacy, system implementation controls, and business continuity and disaster recovery planning areas
• Facilitates meetings with IT and business owners as business partner on group level initiatives to identify opportunities for internal control improvement
• Maintains the audit finding implementation status tracker to support continuous monitoring of the finding remediation status
• Understands the business processes, designs and executes audit data analytics to carry out testing and analyses findings for various engagements, including store audit, store support centre audit, IT audit and ad-hoc forensic investigation
• Assists and coordinates system design and enhancement of internal audit system, including both store audit and store support centre audit
• Assists with company policy and procedure documentation and other special projects as directed
• Builds trusting relationships with the business leaders and liaises with external audit stakeholders
• 30% business travel to North Asia, and South-East Asia to meet with key stakeholders, audit management and team members

The Person:

• 5 years of working experience in IT audit, IT project management at professional level
• Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Computer Science, Accounting, Statistics or similar degrees are preferred
• Professional qualification such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is preferred
• Proven ability in executing engagements along with ensuring deliverables to meet work plan specifications and deadlines
• Ability to multitask; self-motivated and willing to learn
• Working knowledge of business and database applications including SAP, Warehouse Management System, Point of Sales System, Oracle, MS SQL
• Experience with data analytics software such as ACL, Tableau, and SQL, understanding on new & emerging technologies such as RPA, artificial intelligence is a plus
• Retail and Fast Move Consumer Goods (“FMCG”) Industry experience and knowledge a plus
• Good communication skill in both spoken and written English
