The candidate will take a leading role to partner with key stakeholders, provides comprehensive financial advice, develops strategies that brings long term return on investment and create shareholder values through effective utilization of financial management skills.

The Job

• Lead a small team of finance professionals and oversee and manage all financial controlling and financial management activities
• Provide insightful analytics to support management decisions
• Monitor performance deviations and recommend rectification actions to ensure strong business performances
• Review financial models for business case evaluations and provide recommendations that are aligned with business objectives
• Support various stakeholders in matters relating to internal controls, policies and group reporting standards
• Ensure the timely production of accurate financial and management reports for group reporting
• Lead strategic finance projects and process improvement initiatives

The People

• Degree Educated in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• CA / CPA / CIMA / ACCA qualified with over 10 years of relevant working experience
• An inspirational leader with an energetic and approachable style, able to recruit, motivate and development team members
• Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex situations
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Experience with Retail or FMCG companies are preferred
• Knowledge of matrix organization
