The Admission Engagement and Events Manager manages Seaver College's digital presence, including social media efforts and digital partnerships. Additionally, this role manages recruitment, yield, and engagement events for undergraduate Admission that, combined, will help define and promote the University's mission to a wide external audience. Therefore, this position directly supports the wider Enrollment Management efforts to attract diverse, mission-fit applicants while tracking and supporting student engagement. This role interfaces directly with families in a digital and in-person setting, helping to directly impact departmental and institutional enrollment goals.

Shuttle Driver in Malibu Campus
Pepperdine University, a private, non-profit, faith-based institution, seeks a shuttle driver with a Class B commercial driver's license with a passenger endorsement to safely transport students, faculty, staff, and guests to and from various destinations on and around Pepperdine's campus. This position serves as a front-line ambassador, upholding the University's mission through work performed, warmly welcoming students, community members, and guests, and providing directional information as needed. As a Pepperdine Transit team member, the Shuttle Driver will be one of the first and most regular faces interacting with our passengers. There will be occasions on which departments within the University will request off-campus special events that will require shuttle services and serve those with accessibility needs, following ADA regulations. The incumbent will be expected to reflect Pepperdine's high customer service standards with a friendly and helpful demeanor.

Manager of Strategic Engagement and Events in Calabasas Campus
Pepperdine University’s College of Health Science (PCHS) is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to serve as the inaugural Manager of Strategic Engagement & Events. The position has responsibilities in three primary areas. Philanthropic Board & Council Facilitation. Supports PCHS leadership in supporting and managing philanthropic councils and boards to advance fund-raising efforts. Corporate & Strategic Partnerships Management. Operationalizes new and established PCHS partnerships with corporate entities, community leaders, and alumni to enhance college initiatives, experiential learning, and community engagement. Strategic Event Planning, Production, & Execution. Leads the end-to-end lifecycle of critical PCHS events, maintaining standards of excellence across recruitment programs, academic ceremonies, co-curricular events, and orientations. The position directly advances the University's strategic plan by enhancing the ability of PCHS to foster relationships that advance partnership opportunities, fund-raising, and strategic engagement with a broad range of individuals and companies. Through event planning, the manager will advance the ability of the college to enroll students, engage students in activities that support their success, and encourage students to maintain a strong relationship with the University and PCHS as alumni. The manager reports to the Dean of the College of Health Science and is expected to work collaboratively with deans, faculty, and staff across the PCHS and University. The manager will need to be adaptable to working some evening and weekend hours, as required, to perform the responsibilities of the position.

This position will lead the planning, development, coordination, and execution of Pepperdine University's campus-wide initiatives surrounding the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Working collaboratively across University departments and with external partners, this position will develop meaningful experiences that celebrate Pepperdine's Olympic heritage, strengthen community engagement, promote service, and position the University as a welcoming and mission-driven participant in one of the world's largest global events. This temporary position will oversee strategic projects from concept through implementation while ensuring alignment with the University's Christian mission and institutional priorities. This position will also establish systems, partnerships, and documentation that create lasting value for Pepperdine beyond the conclusion of the 2028 Olympic Games
