    Under the supervision of the Associate Director, Facilities Logistics, the Data Systems Specialist is responsible for the administration, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all Facilities Services and Project data systems. These include the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), and other technologies supporting facilities operations. This role provides analysis in database administration, data integration, reporting, training, and technology coordination to ensure effective, secure, and accurate usage of facilities information.

    The Administrative Assistant for the Pepperdine College of Health Science (PCHS) will provide general administrative support across the college, while directly supporting the administrative needs of the enrollment management, student services, and accreditation and assessment areas of the college.
