  • Associate Director, Communications and Public Relations in Calabasas Campus

    The Associate Director of Communications and Public Relations supports Pepperdine’s integrated communications initiatives aimed at strengthening Pepperdine’s brand and national reputation through communications and public relations that advance brand awareness, thought leadership, enrollment, fundraising, and student and alumni engagement objectives. Integrated Marketing Communications is directly tasked with supporting the University’s mission and strategic plan by building brand equity, elevating the University’s national reputation, providing strong and consistent institutional message leadership, and implementing effective integrated marketing and communications strategies.

  • Carpenter/Painter II in Malibu Campus

    Under the direction of the Manager of Maintenance Services and Supervisor of Maintenance Services for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with your colleagues, provide maintenance services to support University operations, including painting, carpentry, roofing, masonry, cabinetry, drywall, windows and coverings, and flooring. Complete repairs and renovation work utilizing plans, specifications, and verbal instructions. Collaborate with DFS and other University departments to initiate and deliver professional, quality results in a timely manner.

  • Office Manager in Malibu Campus

    Under the general supervision of the Director of Administration for Planning, Operations, and Construction (POC), the Office Manager oversees and manages the department’s administrative, financial, and process-related functions. This position is responsible for office upkeep, implementing office policies, coordinating meetings, supporting onboarding, and providing administrative support related to project delivery. The Office Manager supports department leadership, ensures effective office operations, and contributes to the successful planning, execution, and reporting of departmental and University initiatives while upholding University mission, values, and standards.

    By connecting parents and family members to resources, special events, and important information related to the University, Pepperdine ensures parents are actively involved in their student’s Pepperdine journey. The Parents Program is committed to: Providing a vision and a path of community belonging for parents and families by creating meaningful connections using affinity-related channels, offering resources, events, experiences, and programs for ongoing engagement. Engage and cultivate a sense of community among parents and family members. ● Support the overall academic success and personal development of the student body while assisting families to become appropriately engaged with the Pepperdine community. ● Support the vision elements from the University’s strategic plan, including “Pepperdine 2030: Ascend Together”: Strengthen parent and family engagement to advance affiliation with Pepperdine.
