Administrative Coordinator, Straus Institute and Graduate Law Programs in Malibu Campus
This position is responsible for managing the front office for the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution and Graduate Law Programs. This includes answering phones, greeting all visitors, faculty and staff and general oversight of office needs. This also includes hiring and supervising a team of student employees. One of the key aspects of this position will be to assist the Managing Director, as well as the Executive Directors, with daily demands. This work requires acting with tact, diplomacy, and discretion on a variety of complex and sensitive issues. The ideal candidate should be warm and welcoming, recognizing that they will often serve as the first point of contact with faculty, staff, students, and guests on behalf of the office, while remaining proactive and efficient in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work effectively with University administrators, potential donors, faculty, staff, and students both international and domestic.

Media Producer in Malibu Campus
The Media Producer plays a critical role in bringing the Pepperdine Brand to life through compelling imagery. This role is responsible for creating high impact photography and video assets by documenting the many facets of Pepperdine’s brand story including academic, spiritual, athletic, social, and extracurricular life on campus and off-campus. The Media Producer will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of their video and photo projects including reviewing all footage, pulling selects, and performing editing on both photos and videos. This role will produce and deploy compelling media-based initiatives for recruitment, fundraising, social media and external communications; consistently delivering high quality assets representing the University brand standards. This role combines technical proficiency, creative styles, and modern photographic techniques and cinematographic styles to capture marketing messages for the University. Photographic techniques include landscape, photo-journalism, sports, stock, and portraits that are posed, candid, and staged photography. Cinematographic styles include documentary, interview, sports, commercial, drone, and staged. Integrated Marketing Communications is directly tasked with supporting the University's mission and strategic plan by building brand equity, elevating the University's national reputation, providing strong and consistent institutional message leadership, and implementing effective marketing and communication strategies. The Media Producer is directly tasked with a critical role in helping the department accomplish its goals.

Director of RelateStrong in Malibu Campus
The RelateStrong Director for the Boone Center for the Family (BCFF) at Pepperdine University provides management and leadership for the RelateStrong program. The RelateStrong Director integrates RelateStrong concepts into their personal and professional life. The primary responsibility of the RelateStrong Director is to serve the relational needs of churches and academic organizations through developing strategic partnerships, administrating (organizing and planning) RelateStrong programming, and leading some RelateStrong programming. The RelateStrong Director guides the direction and focus of RelateStrong, expanding its reach and brand; writes, edits, publishes, and coordinates curriculum; writes grant proposals; trains leaders; and presents seminars and workshops locally and nationally. The RelateStrong Director is an integral part of the BCFF team, working on other projects as directed.
