We are interested in candidates from any area within Psychology, with a specialization in developmental and/or neuroscience areas preferred, who can teach undergraduate courses including Introduction to Psychological Science, Statistics, or Research Methods, as well as upper-level undergraduate courses in their specialty. The Business Administration Division of the Seaver College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences at Pepperdine University seeks a candidate with an earned Ph.D. in organizational behavior, management, or a closely related field for a visiting position which begins August 1, 2027. The primary teaching responsibility will be in organizational behavior; however, the ability to teach other courses such as management theory and practice and strategic management would be highly desirable. Candidates are expected to complete all requirements for the Ph.D. before the date of appointment. A strong candidate who is ABD would be considered. A documented research interest in organizational behavior or a management-related field is required, and teaching experience is preferred.
