      The PA Admission Specialist will support all aspects of recruitment/admissions for the developing* Master of Science in Physician Assistant (PA) Studies program in the College of Health Science (PCHS). Supported by the Assistant Dean for Enrollment Management, the specialist will build the recruiting and admissions infrastructure for the PA program. This includes: developing the application on the Centralized Application Service for Physician Assistants (CASPA) platform, systems and programmatic admissions cycle planning, technical integration, funnel dashboard and reporting development, prospect outreach, application gathering, coaching and review, conducting information sessions, and representing the program at conferences, campus programs, and recruiting events. By enabling the ability of the PA program to recruit and enroll mission-aligned students into the program, the position contributes to and advances the University’s strategic plan and Christian Mission.

      The Junior Systems Analyst ensures the integrity and accuracy of financial data while optimizing the performance of the department’s technical ecosystem. This role bridges the gap between financial operations—including Accounts Payable (AP), Purchasing, and General Ledger (GL)—and modern information systems. This position involves processing a high volume of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) imaging to sophisticated archival and secure retrieval protocols. By leveraging business intelligence and systems research, this role drives the digital transformation of Finance documentation. Overseeing the imaging, archival, and secure retrieval processes to ensure efficient organization and rapid access to critical records. The Analyst evaluates technical issues to troubleshoot and resolve problems and serves as a liaison for Finance end users by providing timely analysis and support for both technical and procedural issues. A key function of the role is to drive continuous improvement by researching system solutions, administering Finance subsystems (e.g., OpenInvoice), and implementing changes through updated documentation and staff training.

      The Registrar Processor is an operational, back-office support role within the Office of the Registrar, responsible for the accurate and timely processing of student records and enrollment-related administrative functions. This position supports the University’s centralized service model by performing high-volume transactional work that underpins OneStop Student Services and Records operations across all Pepperdine schools. This position’s responsibilities are dedicated to supporting OneStop and Records administrative functions, ensuring consistent processing, data integrity, and compliance with University policies. This position also supports the broader Registrar operational needs, providing flexibility during peak academic cycles and supporting continuity of essential academic administration processes. Day-to-day priorities may shift based on operational needs, peak cycles, and service demands.
