		Admission Counselor, School of Nursing in various locationsPepperdine University’s College of Health Science (PCHS) is seeking an Admission Counselor for the School of Nursing (SON). The counselor will primarily support the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program, and also the Entry Level Master’s (ELM), Clinical Nurse Leader degree program. The counselor will join a vibrant enrollment management team and contribute significantly to recruitment and admissions efforts for these new degree offerings. The counselor position provides a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to two signature programs by recruiting and engaging prospective students and families, supporting admission events, conducting academic advising for prospective students, managing admission records, and participating in shaping recruitment and enrollment strategy. As an employee of the PCHS, and working closely with the PCHS Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management and the Seaver College Enrollment Management team, the counselor will help plan and execute the full admissions cycle, from outreach and application review to events and data management utilizing Slate and other systems. 		Program Manager, Intercultural Affairs in Malibu CampusThe Program Manager (PM) reports to the Director of Intercultural Affairs (ICA) and collaborates closely with ICA Assistant Directors and student leaders to plan, coordinate, and implement large-scale student club events. This includes ensuring compliance with university policies, managing event budgets, and following risk management protocols. The PM serves as a key advocate and support resource for ICA-affiliated student organizations throughout the event planning process. In addition to program coordination, the PM will be responsible for various administrative functions that ensure the smooth operation of the department. These duties include contract and vendor management, calendar scheduling, and overseeing the execution of project-based activities aligned with departmental goals. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders are essential for success. This position requires occasional evening and weekend work to support ICA programs, events, and student organization activities.

		Controller in Calabasas CampusPepperdine is a Christian university committed to the highest standards of academic excellence and Christian values, where students are strengthened for lives of purpose, service, and leadership. Reporting to the chief financial officer (CFO), the Controller is responsible for day-to-day finance operations and supervises a team of 40 staff members, including functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cashier, collections, credit cards, finance systems, payroll, purchasing, construction finance, and tax. The Controller ensures Pepperdine University has the internal controls, systems, and procedures in place to safeguard assets, produce accurate and timely financial reporting, and support exceptional customer service. S/he will be the resident GAAP expert, with deep and current experience in financial reporting and fund accounting. In addition, the Controller will partner with the CFO to mentor and promote the professional development of all members of the Finance team.

		Student Life Coordinator in Calabasas CampusUnder the general direction of the Director of Student Services, the Student Life Coordinator supports the design and implementation of a wide range of strategies and programs that enhance the academic, social, spiritual, and cultural experiences for students in the College of Health Science (PCHS) located at Pepperdine University’s Calabasas campus. This role works collaboratively with Pepperdine Malibu campus departments and academic units to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and sustained student engagement for undergraduate and graduate students both in-person and online. The Student Life Coordinator also oversees volunteer programs and service events, fostering a culture of community involvement by building campus and community partnerships, organizing meaningful service opportunities, and promoting leadership in alignment with the University’s mission. The coordinator will also collaborate with the Hub for Spiritual Life to provide worship and spiritual care events, programming, and resources to cultivate a vibrant and consistent spiritual life within the PCHS. The Student Life Coordinator will be responsible for integrating both online and in-person student communities to ensure an inclusive and connected student experience across all delivery modalities. In addition, the coordinator enhances the student experience by facilitating student engagement through club and organization programming, student governance, and leadership development initiatives that promote applied learning and a vibrant campus life. As this is a new position supporting a newly developing program and location, the manager will play a critical role in establishing both student and spiritual life within the CHS, as well as shaping the foundational PCHS Calabasas campus culture from the ground up.
