    • Visiting Professor of Education and Leadership in West LA Campus

      The Visiting Professor of Education and Leadership will teach primarily in the PhD in Global Leadership and Change (PHD), EdD in Organizational Leadership (EDOL), and Master’s in Social Entrepreneurship and Change (SEC) programs. The professor will teach across multiple programs designed to empower professionals with the knowledge, skills, and experience to drive meaningful change in their fields—whether through research-driven policy, transformative leadership, or innovative social enterprise solutions. These programs prepare students for careers in leadership, global leadership, international and comparative educational leadership, higher education, change management, learning technologies, PK-12 leadership, and social entrepreneurship/enterprise. These aims are consistent with the mission of Pepperdine University to prepare students for lives of service, purpose, and leadership. The primary responsibility of the Visiting Professor of Education and Leadership position is to teach courses across programs (e.g., PGLC, EDOL, MSED, SEC) in the Education Division.

    • Visiting Professor of Teaching and Leadership in West LA Campus

      The Visiting Professor of Teaching and Learning will teach primarily within the Master’s in Teaching (MAT), Master’s in Teaching Online (OMAT), Master’s in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (MATESOL), and Master’s of Science in Education (MSED) Online programs. These programs prepare students for careers in K-12 teaching, teaching English to speakers of other languages, educational leadership; and further advanced graduate study (e.g., doctoral programs in education). These aims are consistent with the mission of Pepperdine University to prepare students for lives of service, purpose, and leadership. The primary responsibility of the Visiting Professor position is to teach courses in the Education Division (primarily MAT, OMAT, TESOL, and MSED programs).

    • Assistant Professor of Psychology in West LA Campus

      Pepperdine University's Graduate School of Education and Psychology invites applications for a tenure-track appointment as an Assistant Professor of Psychology, beginning August 1, 2025. The Psychology Division offers five graduate programs: an APA-accredited Psy.D. program, an M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, an M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in working with Latinx communities, an M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis, and an M.A. in Psychology. Our students reflect the diverse mosaic of Southern California, with over forty percent of our student body coming from ethnically diverse populations.     • Assistant to the Dean of Physician Assistant Studies in Calabasas Campus

      The Assistant to the Dean of the School of Physician Assistant Studies will provide administrative support to the dean, while also supporting the administrative needs of the developing school and its academic programs. In turn, the school will advance the University’s mission and strategic plan by developing skilled healthcare professionals who seek to lead while serving our communities and the world. In supporting the college in achieving its mission, the Assistant will advance Pepperdine’s mission and strategic plan.

    • Manager, Student Experience in Calabasas Campus

      Under the general direction of the Director of Student Services, the Manager of Student Experience is responsible for designing and implementing a wide range of strategies and programs that enhance the academic, social, spiritual, and cultural experiences designed to support students at the College of Health Science (CHS) located at Pepperdine University’s Calabasas campus. This role works collaboratively with Pepperdine Malibu campus departments and academic units to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and sustained student engagement for undergraduate and graduate students both in-person and online. The Manger of Student Experience also oversees volunteer programs and service events, fostering a culture of community involvement by building campus and community partnerships, organizing meaningful service opportunities, and promoting leadership in alignment with the University’s mission. The manager will also collaborate with the Hub for Spiritual Life to provide worship and spiritual care events, programming, and resources to cultivate a vibrant and consistent spiritual life within the CHS. The Manager of Student Experience will be responsible for integrating both online and in-person student communities to ensure an inclusive and connected student experience across all delivery modalities. In addition, manager enhances the student experience by facilitating student engagement through club and organization programming, student governance, and leadership development initiatives that promote applied learning and a vibrant campus life. As this is a new position supporting a newly developing program and location, the manager will play a critical role in establishing both student and spiritual life within the CHS, as well as shaping the foundational CHS Calabasas campus culture from the ground up.
