    • Administrative Assistant, Social Science Division in Malibu Campus

      The Social Sciences Division at Seaver College invites applications for the position of Administrative Assistant. The position has two broad responsibilities. The first is outward-facing as the initial point of contact for students, prospective students, parents, alumni, or those from other offices on campus who are seeking information about or assistance from the Social Sciences Division. The second broad responsibility involves coordinating many of the day-to-day functions of the Division office as it serves students and faculty within the Social Science Division.

    • Coordinator, Emergency Services and Insurance and Risk in Malibu Campus

      The Coordinator, Emergency Services and Insurance and Risk supports the daily operations of the departments to assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for the campus community. Duties include assisting with the university insurance portfolio, maintaining the driver database and fleet roster, administering claims and loss control measures, maintaining key systems including Everbridge and LiveSafe, managing certificates of insurance, and providing high-quality customer service. This position collaborates regularly with internal constituents across the University and external constituents. The Coordinator is supervised by the Manager, Emergency Services and Insurance and Risk. The Office of Insurance and Risk supports Pepperdine’s mission by managing the institution’s insurance portfolio, facilitating risk discussions, and partnering with individuals and departments to develop sound mitigation strategies that enable them to achieve their vision and objectives while prioritizing the health and safety of the community. The Office of Emergency Services is tasked with ensuring the University is prepared for natural and man-made disasters, and responding to them when they occur.

    • Assistant/Associate Dean, School of Nursing in Calabasas Campus

      The School of Nursing (SON) at Pepperdine University invites applications for the position of Assistant/Associate Dean. Reporting to the Dean of the SON, the appointee will provide academic and administrative leadership for all nursing programs, including the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Entry-Level Master’s, Clinical Nurse Leader (ELM-CNL) programs. This role necessitates a skilled and visionary leader capable of advancing excellence within the SON while fostering interdisciplinary collaboration across the Pepperdine College of Health Science (PCHS). Appointment as either Assistant or Associate Dean will be determined by the prior administrative and leadership experience of the applicant.

    • Faculty, School of Nursing in Calabasas Campus

      The Pepperdine University School of Nursing invites applications for clinical and tenure-track faculty appointments to support its Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Entry-Level Master’s Degree in Nursing, Clinical Nurse Leader (ELM-CNL) programs. Candidates must demonstrate a profound commitment to pedagogical excellence and student success. Preferred candidates will possess a documented record of effective instruction at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The School seeks expertise in the following domains: pathopharmacology, adult medical/surgical, pediatrics, gerontology, obstetrics, behavioral/mental health, community/population health, and clinical foundations/reasoning. Substantial clinical experience and direct patient care expertise in one or more of these areas are mandatory. Following admission of the inaugural cohorts of students in Fall 2025 and January 2026, these full-time, in-person positions will commence on August 1, 2026, at the Malibu and Calabasas campuses.     • Associate Director, Communications and Public Relations in Calabasas Campus

      The Associate Director of Communications and Public Relations supports Pepperdine’s integrated communications initiatives aimed at strengthening Pepperdine’s brand and national reputation through communications and public relations that advance brand awareness, thought leadership, enrollment, fundraising, and student and alumni engagement objectives. Integrated Marketing Communications is directly tasked with supporting the University’s mission and strategic plan by building brand equity, elevating the University’s national reputation, providing strong and consistent institutional message leadership, and implementing effective integrated marketing and communications strategies.
