The Assistant Director of Graduate Enrollment Marketing plays a key role in supporting the execution of Pepperdine University’s enrollment marketing strategy, advancing the institution’s mission to prepare students for lives of purpose, service, and leadership. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Marketing, this position manages day-to-day marketing operations with a focus on email communications, content development, project coordination, analytics, and creative production. The Assistant Director collaborates with admissions, school-based marketing teams, and the broader Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) division to ensure that marketing initiatives are effective, timely, and mission-aligned. This position contributes to multiple areas, including managing enrollment-focused email calendars, supporting campaign automation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, coordinating creative and content projects, and supporting SEO, AI visibility, and website updates. The role also assists with PR efforts, rankings visibility, event promotion, and the development of print and premium materials. Through strong project management, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit, the Assistant Director ensures that enrollment marketing efforts are executed with excellence, supporting prospective student engagement and institutional growth, ensuring all touchpoints align with Pepperdine’s commitment to excellence, service, and hospitality.

The position supports the academic progress, retention, and successful program completion of students enrolled in the part-time and online programs offered at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. The developing* Physician Assistant (PA) Program within the College of Health Science (PCHS) at Pepperdine University seeks a candidate to serve in a 12-month faculty appointment as a principal faculty with administrative duties as the Director of Research and Evaluation role for its graduate program, the Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Depending on the qualifications and experience of the applicant, the candidate may be offered either a tenure-track or clinical faculty appointment. The director of research and evaluation has primary responsibility for the development and coordination of the research course series in the curriculum and directing all assessment, evaluation and program review related activities for the PA program. In collaboration with the dean, the director supports the program in meeting the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) accreditation standards, Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) Senior College & University Commission (WSCUC) WSCUC accreditation standards, and directs the self-study report process. Other duties include teaching, scholarship, academic advising, service, admissions, and professional activities.
