Resident Director in Malibu Campus
In this 10-month position, July 15-May 15, Resident Directors (RDs) serve as ministers, professionals, mentors, educators, and scholar-practitioners. Their primary function is to build community within an assigned residential area, to support students, and to foster respect for the policies of the institution. This position contributes to and supports the University's mission and strategic plan by enhancing the learning experience and by fostering a safe, caring, respectful, and dynamic residential community. Resident Directors oversee 6-15 student leaders including Resident Advisors (RAs) and Spiritual Life Advisors (SLAs); develop communities of 250-450 freshmen, sophomores, or upperclassmen/graduate students; and provide support to campus via an on-call RD rotation.

Administrative Coordinator in Malibu Campus
This position organizes and executes Center for the Arts fundraisers, donor cultivation events, and donor appreciation events. This position is responsible for handling all event logistics for these events. The person in this position also provides administrative support to the Center for the Arts staff in order to facilitate day-to-day business. This position supports the Center for the Arts mission by helping to connect Pepperdine University and the richly varied communities of Los Angeles and surrounding communities. The position supports events including fundraisers which benefit the ARTSReach program, donor cultivation dinners, volunteer appreciation lunches, as well as other donor appreciation and public events such as the annual Chancellor's Circle luncheon and Family Arts Fest.
