      The primary purpose of this position is to build prospect and donor relationships, raise financial support, and increase the donor base for Pepperdine University in the Pacific Northwest and Bay Area regions of the U.S. The position focuses primarily on major and principal gift prospects with a capacity to make gifts of $25,000 to $1,000,000+, with primary emphasis on identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors to the University and building stronger alumni engagement and leadership within the Pacific Northwest and Bay Area regions of the United States. The success of our mission to strengthen lives for purpose, service, and leadership depends in large part on strong financial support from donors who enable us to provide the facilities, programs, faculty, and opportunities necessary to provide stellar, mission-driven programs for our students.

    • Executive Director, Enrollment Management in West LA Campus

      Reporting to the Dean, the Executive Director, Enrollment Management, will serve in a key leadership capacity to engage enrollment partners and harness organizational capabilities to meet and exceed student enrollment goals for the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (PGBS). In partnership with the dean, the incumbent will work in concert with key stakeholders to develop and deploy high-impact strategies for demand generation, strengthening down-funnel conversion, and producing successful enrollment outcomes for the varied and robust portfolio of degree programs offered by PGBS. The position will also play a critical role in ensuring that all enrollment initiatives are closely aligned with the core commitments of academic excellence, transformational learning, and ethical leadership articulated in the Pepperdine Graziadio mission.

    • Associate Dean, School of Speech-Language Pathology in Calabasas Campus

      The School of Speech-Language Pathology at Pepperdine University seeks a candidate for Associate Dean of the School of Speech-Language Pathology for its developing online graduate program - the Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology. The Associate Dean of the School of Speech-Language Pathology collaborates with the Program Director to administer the program, particularly in coordinating the admissions process with the Dean of Enrollment, ensuring course quality, managing the students' onsite immersive learning experiences, and coordinating with college personnel on student affairs. The successful candidate will have an earned terminal degree (academic or clinical doctorate), earned CCC-SLP, 3+ years' experience working with SLP academic programs, strong administrative skill set, and demonstrated commitment to student success. Preferred qualifications include an established research agenda or plan (including but not limited to previous publications, grant funding, and/or presentations at conferences), and experience with online teaching, admissions processes, and student mentorship.
