      Under the supervision of the PsyD Senior Program Administrator, the PsyD Administrative Assistant provides support on a broad range of tasks to the PsyD Program Director, faculty, staff and administration in order to accomplish the functions, goals and objectives of the Psychology Doctoral Program in the Psychology and Education Division. Tasks and responsibilities are determined by division priorities. The primary focus of the position is to support administrative activities to ensure that the functions, goals and objectives of the office are accomplished and PsyD Division faculty and students are supported. The PsyD Program Administrative Assistant works closely with the PsyD Senior Program Administrator, PsyD Program Director, the Associate Dean of Psychology, and the Psy.D. Executive Committee to support the effective administration of the Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) Program. The primary focus of the position is to assist in implementing the policies and procedures that govern the daily operation of program. Particular emphasis is placed on data and information management in student matriculation, clinical training and career progression.

      The Clinical Training and Professional Development Coordinator supports students in the Daytime Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy (MACLP) programs as they progress through their clinical practicum experience. Based at the Malibu campus, this hybrid role provides individualized advisement and mentorship to ensure students meet program expectations and Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) requirements. The position serves as a key liaison between the academic program and external practicum sites, maintaining strong relationships with agency partners to uphold the quality and integrity of student placements. In collaboration with program leadership, the Coordinator contributes to compliance efforts, supports the development of practicum-related educational resources, and assists in delivering training that promotes professionalism and readiness for licensure. Additionally, the Coordinator engages in community-building efforts for the Daytime MACLP program, including student support events, orientation, and admissions-related activities. This role reflects Pepperdine’s mission by promoting academic excellence, ethical practice, and compassionate service within the clinical training experience.
