    The Night Auditor plays a key role in creating a welcoming and exceptional experience for all guests visiting and staying at the Villa Graziadio Executive Center. Bringing excellence to all aspects of work, and serving as a front-line representative of the Villa Graziadio Executive Center, the Night Auditis responsible for overseeing guest check-ins, check-outs, handling inquiries, and processing payments, while delivering excellent customer service and hospitality, reflective of Pepperdine University.   • Lilly Fellow in K-12, Community, and Church Outreach in Malibu Campus

    Working closely with the Museum Director and Museum Assistant, the Lilly Fellow will lead the development and implementation of educational partnerships with regional K-12 schools, community groups, and houses of worship as part of the Museum’s Lilly Endowment-funded initiative “Passages.” The Fellow will build on existing programs and relationships to create a more ambitious and sustainable approach to arts education at the Center for the Arts. The ideal candidate will be versant in contemporary art and museum arts education, with a passion for making art accessible to diverse multigenerational audiences. The candidate must possess a familiarity with the major world religions and a high level of comfort and ease participating in and leading discussions about faith, religion, and spirituality. The ability to work well within a small team, in a fast-paced environment (sometimes under pressure), while remaining professional, flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, is crucial to this role. Advanced written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability, and attention to detail are equally important.

    The developing Physician Assistant (PA) Program at Pepperdine University seeks a candidate to serve in a full-time staff appointment as the Director of Clinical Education role for its graduate program, the Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. The director of clinical education has primary responsibility for the development, coordination, and evaluation of supervised clinical practice experiences. The director of clinical education ensures all clinical rotations meet the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) accreditation standards and prepare students for clinical practice.

    This position works under the guidance of the Director of Student Convocation in providing the chapel program at Pepperdine University. This includes planning and organizing the Core Chapels, managing the Connection Chapels, coordinating efforts with RISE and other campus partners, and providing spiritual leadership for the first and second year students. As the Associate Director of Chapel, this position directly impacts the spiritual life goals of the university. They would provide key spiritual leadership for students through their leadership of the chapel program. This includes spiritual mentorship, pastoral care, and teaching.
