Supervisor, Maintenance Services in Malibu Campus
Under the direction of the Manager, Maintenance Services in the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), supervises assigned maintenance trade personnel to ensure an efficiently functioning, safe, and clean environment in the tasks of painting, drywall, windows, glass, flooring, roofing, and tile repairs while implementing water intrusion, asbestos, and microbial abatement protocols. Responsible for daily work prioritization, quality control, and customer communication. Must have strong experience in the field and demonstrate the ability to work well with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Building Maintenance Technician, Third Shift in Malibu Campus
Under direction of the Senior Manager of Custodial Services for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with the Manager on Duty (MOD), perform various skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance of machinery, buildings, and equipment throughout campus facilities during the night shift on assigned days of the week from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Shall perform work at a skilled level in several trades including carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, and mechanical, and do related work as required. The Digital Designer plays a vital role in shaping and executing digital creative communications for Pepperdine University and its schools. As part of the University Marketing and Communications team, this position is responsible for designing compelling digital experiences and high-impact communications across web, email, social media, and other digital platforms. The Digital Designer serves as a key liaison in ensuring digital design excellence and consistency across the University's external-facing channels.
