Shuttle Driver in Malibu Campus
Pepperdine University, a private, non-profit, faith-based institution, seeks a shuttle driver with a Class B commercial driver's license with a passenger endorsement to safely transport students, faculty, staff, and guests to and from various destinations on and around Pepperdine's campus. This position serves as a front-line ambassador, upholding the University's mission through work performed, warmly welcoming students, community members, and guests, and providing directional information as needed. As a Pepperdine Transit team member, the Shuttle Driver will be one of the first and most regular faces interacting with our passengers. There will be occasions on which departments within the University will request off-campus special events that will require shuttle services and serve those with accessibility needs, following ADA regulations. The incumbent will be expected to reflect Pepperdine's high customer service standards with a friendly and helpful demeanor.

The Grants Officer manages pre-award grant services for faculty, staff, and administration in the development and submission of applications and proposals to extramural funders. This position requires excellent written communication skills and the ability to work independently. The Grants Officer reports to the Associate Provost in the Office of Research, Grants, and Foundation Relations (RGFR).

Reference and Digital Collections Librarian, Law Library in Malibu Campus
The Reference and Digital Collections librarian will perform professional work providing reference services, managing the library’s collection development, and serving as administrator of digital collections. This position will also participate in teaching activities, the faculty liaison program, and will be responsible for maintaining the law library webpage. The position reports to the Assistant Director for Reference and Access Services.

The Administrative Coordinator provides primary administrative support to the director, chair, and case managers of the Student Care Team. This position contributes to the administrative support that is needed to address ongoing institutional functions, such as student care and critical response (e.g., sexual assault response and critical care). This position also provides administrative support to the University Title IX Coordinator, Office of Title IX, and Associate Dean of Planning, Operations, and Assessment.

Assistant Vice Chancellor, Seaver College in Malibu Campus
The Assistant Vice Chancellor will have primary responsibility for developing, organizing, leading, and implementing a comprehensive fundraising program and strategies for the Seaver College Advancement team and plays an important front-line fundraising role. As a major gift officer, this position will be expected to personally raise major gifts in support of the dean’s fundraising priorities, focusing on donors with a capacity of $100,000 to $1M+.
