Advancement Operations Manager in Malibu Campus
Reporting to the Executive Director of Advancement Administration, the Advancement Operations Manager provides strong operational and administrative support to the Advancement department, developing and implementing initiatives that promote employee engagement and reinforce the Pepperdine mission. The Advancement Operations Manager will assist with the execution of Advancement events, including holiday parties, monthly all-staff meetings, annual retreats, bi-annual bell ringings, and other celebrations. This position will find ways to recognize Advancement staff and promote a positive work environment. This position will assist with transactional human resources processes for the department, including assisting with onboarding and offboarding, hiring best practices, updating job descriptions, and filling out employee action request forms. The individual in this role will also manage the third-floor shared mailroom and break rooms, ensuring that all communal areas are well-maintained and appropriately supplied.

Assistant Professor of Legal Research and Writing in Malibu Campus
Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law seeks an Assistant Professor of Legal Research and Writing to join our collaborative LRW faculty team beginning in fall 2026. The LRW Professor will teach two sections of our year-long, two-unit-per-semester LRW course with approximately 45 total students. The LRW faculty creates all course materials together and provides each other with significant support.

Associate Athletics Director for Development in Malibu Campus
The Associate Athletics Director for Development serves a vital role within Pepperdine Waves Athletics overseeing Athletics Advancement efforts, leading the Athletics Advancement team, and serving as the primary major gift officer for Athletics Advancement. The individual will be responsible for executing on the Athletics Advancement strategic plan in collaboration with the Athletics and broader Advancement team, as well as other key staff and coaches in the athletics department This individual is responsible for securing transformative philanthropic investments ranging from $100K to $1M+ and overseeing annual fundraising efforts, both in support of the Athletics Director’s key fundraising priorities. Through strategic vision and leadership, the Associate Athletics Director for Development will elevate the department’s fundraising efforts, fostering meaningful donor partnerships that enhance the student-athlete experience. Vice Chancellor, Parent and Family Development in Malibu Campus
The Vice Chancellor for Parent and Family Development is responsible for building prospect and donor relationships, raising financial support, and increasing the donor base within Pepperdine’s parent and family network. This position focuses primarily on major and principal gift donors with capacity to make gifts of $25K to $5M. The Vice Chancellor will identify and cultivate Pepperdine University's current parents, develop relationships that lead to generosity, and manage the involvement of other administrators, faculty, alumni, and volunteers in the process. The success of our mission to strengthen lives for purpose, service, and leadership depends largely on strong financial support from donors who enable us to provide the facilities, programs, faculty, and opportunities necessary to provide stellar, mission-driven programs for our students.

The Vice Chancellor for Development at Pepperdine’s Graziadio Business School is responsible for building prospect and donor relationships, raising financial support, and increasing the donor base for the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (PGBS). This position focuses primarily on major and principal gift donors with a capacity to make gifts of $100K to $5M. The Vice Chancellor will also partner with the alumni engagement team at the business school to strengthen relationships with alumni that lead to generosity. The success of our mission to strengthen lives for purpose, service, and leadership depends largely on strong financial support from donors who enable us to provide the facilities, programs, faculty, and opportunities necessary to provide stellar, mission-driven programs for our students. This position also helps to build enduring alumni loyalty in keeping with the University's strategic plan.
