Postdoctoral Fellow – Forensic Psychology in New York
The Postdoctoral Fellow position is a one-year appointment focused on delivering psychological services to justice-involved individuals reentering the community after incarceration. These services will be grounded in trauma-informed, strength-based, and culturally responsive frameworks. In addition, the Fellow will also engage in training, supervision, outreach, and program development in collaboration with community partners. CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Provide individual and group psychotherapy to justice-involved adults, including conducting psychological intakes and assessments to inform treatment planning ● Engage in case management, community outreach, and organizational partnerships to facilitate successful reintegration for participants ● Provide supervision and training to license-eligible MA and doctoral students ● Participate in weekly supervision and didactic training in accordance with APPIC guidelines ● Contribute to program evaluation, research, and scholarly writing ● Other duties as assigned

The Classroom Technology Specialist Assistant will be responsible for the following: -Assist Faculty with using classroom technology. -Provide classroom related technical support. -Set-up video capturing and conferencing cameras, webcams and microphones. -Troubleshoot and resolve all classroom technical, web conferencing, and capturing issues. -Assist Media Service senior Technologists with the deployment of computers (both software/hardware) for classroom, Department & Event space installations. -Maintain and replace classroom related hardware components and devices. -Set-up PA systems, microphones and digital audio recording devices. -Create and prepare technical materials for both classroom and internal use. -Train all work-study Media Technicians on basic classroom set-ups, web conferencing and capturing procedures.
