Administration Officer – TLC Clifton Views

Hours: Full-time, Onsite, Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) hours may vary depending on operational needs.

Our extensive on-site services include a community medical centre, allied health services, a gym, physiotherapy, dietetics, podiatry, a resident’s sports bar, a café, and even a virtual reality cinema.

The Role

We are seeking a cheery and motivated Administration Officer to manage our busy reception. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service that ensures all guests, residents, and employees feel warm and welcomed.

Key Responsibilities

Manage reception duties, including:

  • Operating a busy switchboard
  • Greeting guests and visitors
  • Handling deliveries
  • Oversee rosters and ensure minimal vacant shifts
  • Support staff education and training initiatives
  • Assist with payroll-related tasks
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager
  • Maintain procedures for smooth front and back-of-house management
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with TLC employees

What you’ll need

  • Autonomous computer literacy and speed
  • Aged Care experience (desirable)
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses) 
  • 2025 Influenza vaccination
  • NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance) 
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
