First Year Experience Program Coordinator in Gambier, OH
Kenyon College is conducting a search for a qualified candidate to fill the position of First Year Experience Program Coordinator. Be a part of building the First-Year Experience program at Kenyon as the First Year Experience Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator will assist with Student and Family Summer Connection programming, the coordination of Fall Orientation, and the implementation of Kenyon’s new Pre-Orientation initiative. They will provide coordination for student staff selection and support the director in the execution and assessment of Orientation and First-Year Experience programming while working with partners from across the College. Reporting to the Director of the First-Year Experience, the Program Coordinator will assist the FYE Team in building a comprehensive College-wide First-Year Experience Program for new and transfer students. Bachelor’s degree and one to two years of experience in orientation, student retention, first-year, or related programs preferred. This is a limited one-year appointment, with benefits, with potential for extension.

Assistant Football Coach (Defense) in Gambier, OH
Kenyon College invites applications for the position of Assistant Football Coach (Defense). This is a full time, 10-month reporting position with benefits. Under the general direction of the Head Football Coach, this coach will assist with the responsibilities of the NCAA D-III football program in accordance and compliance with NCAA, NCAC, and Kenyon College policies and regulations. The Assistant Football Coach will work in conjunction with the head coach to fulfill the following responsibilities: coaching student athletes, mentoring intern coaches, scouting opponents, recruiting various territories, tracking equipment and developing alumni contacts. Although the head coach will be primarily responsible for the organization, maintenance and implementation of the offensive and defensive game plan and installation, this assistant position will work with the defensive coordinator to facilitate this process. This position may also serve as the Special Teams Coordinator and/or Director of Operations, responsible for managing all duties related to the coordination of travel. Additional departmental responsibilities will be assigned in game management, teaching, and / or administration. It is also expected that the Assistant Football Coach will embrace the department mission of fostering learning and developing community with a focus on the values of citizenship, competition, resiliency, sportsmanship, and teamwork within Kenyon’s unique campus culture. Kenyon College is seeking applications for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Programmer Analyst. The ERP Programmer Analyst is a member of the Information Technology (IT) department that supports college enterprise data systems and their data integrations. The ERP Programmer Analyst engages with the campus community, performing duties that include system and database management, integration, and analysis. The ERP Programmer Analyst creates and maintains custom system integrations that connect and synchronize data between enterprise software systems and performs the detailed analysis needed to implement these integrations effectively across a combination of campus and cloud infrastructure. The ERP Programmer Analyst must interact extensively across departments to support the mission of the College. Reporting to the Director of Institutional Data Systems, the ERP Programmer Analyst is supported by the IT Leadership team in the Information Technology department.
