Student Data Specialist in Gambier, OH
Kenyon College is conducting a search for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Student Data Specialist. This is is a full-time position with benefits and the hourly rate of pay is $17.96. The Student Data Specialist serves the College by responding to requests of students, faculty, alumni as well as offices all over campus, making this person a front-line representative. Data entered by this position cascades throughout the work of the Registrar's Office and beyond, making accuracy and efficient completion of the work essential to success. This position works closely with each team member as well other offices and academic departments. This role is the main point of contact for the office requiring exceptional verbal communication skills. Essential Functions Coordinate student petitions Manage the transcript ordering system and fulfillment of all transcript requests. Answer the office main phone line in a professional manner. Make changes to student schedules based on policies and timing. Answer student questions at the front counter and advise students about academic policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or 5-7 years professional office experience, preferably in a higher education setting. Keyboarding skills- 55-60 wpm minimum and use of a multi-line phone system. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and Google products and experience using a student information system is highly desirable. Ability to stand for extended periods; lift and carry 30 lbs. unassisted.

Assistant Field Hockey Coach in Gambier, OH
Kenyon College invites applications for the position of Assistant Field Hockey Coach. This is a full time, 10-month reporting position with benefits. Under the general direction of the Head Field Hockey Coach, this coach will assist with the responsibilities of the NCAA D-III Field Hockey program in accordance and compliance with NCAA, NCAC, and Kenyon College policies and regulations. The Assistant Field Hockey Coach will work in conjunction with the head coach to fulfill the following responsibilities: coaching student athletes, scouting opponents, and recruiting. Although the head coach will be primarily responsible for the organization, maintenance and implementation of the offensive and defensive game plan and installation, this assistant position will work to complement this process. Additional responsibilities will be assigned in game management, facility overview, teaching, and / or administration.
