About The Role

Reporting into the Program Director – Risk & Compliance Optimisation, the role will spearhead the required change and capability initiatives to drive an enhanced and modernised approach to risk and compliance management and on-going engagement activity across Sportsbet.  The successful candidate will ensure that risk and compliance-related change initiatives are effectively defined, communicated, managed, and adopted across the organisation, and that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to comply with risk and compliance management practices and relevant procedures and policies. You will drive a culture that is consistent with the aims of the Sportsbet Risk & Compliance Optimisation Program and maximises the likelihood of sustainable changes which integrate effectively with the broader Sportsbet operating model and functions.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Work with stakeholders to design, execute and oversee a comprehensive change management strategy and plan which supports risk and compliance optimisation across Sportsbet and aligns to program and organisational objectives.
  • Align with colleagues and subject matter experts to ensure effective implementation of new risk management practices by providing change management, learning and business readiness expertise.
  • Co-ordinate and drive the design, development, and delivery of awareness and training and programs by collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure the approach and content are fit for purpose.
  • Lead and coordinate stakeholder engagement and communication activities, ensuring a collaborative and transparent approach to change initiatives
  • Deliver high-level, timely, and accurate advice regarding the change process. Identify, track, and report on issues or barriers that could impede progress, offering actionable solutions to address them.
