About The Role

Reporting to the SEM & Performance App Manager, you will implement paid strategies across Google and Apple Search platforms that meet budget, CPA and conversion targets. You will play a key role in the execution of our App Store Optimisation (ASO) strategy to maximise our organic App Store visibility and downloads.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing Paid App Acquisition strategies across Google and Apple Search platforms under the direction of the SEM & Performance App Manager.
  • Applying bid management strategies to improve bidding efficiency and maximise ROI.
  • Execution of seasonal, high-volume campaigns.
  • Deliver regular performance reports, prepare ad-hoc performance and initiative materials for presentation to Media Teams or key stakeholders across the business.
  • Collaborate and liaise with our internal teams to acquire the creative and content required to effectively engage our audiences.

About You

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product.
  • Working knowledge of performance app marketing using Google Ads and Apple Search Ads platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Mobile measuring platform (MMPs) and attribution methodologies and best practice implementation. Experience with AppsFlyer preferred.
  • Ability to complete campaign analysis, gaining insights and to better understand existing performance and identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Minimum intermediate level Excel required with the ability to manipulate a large dataset. Demonstrable working knowledge of Power BI and Google Analytics an advantage.
  • Knowledge of media and app tracking best practices and ability to measure and diagnose performance issues.
  • Understanding of the evolving marketing technology landscape and its relevance to Search and App performance.

Working knowledge of organic app store strategies, ranking factors and ASO tools is advantageous.
