About The Role
Reporting into the Social Media – Brand & Content Manager, this is a pivotal role developing and executing innovative social media strategies that resonate with diverse audiences on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube in alignment with key moments throughout the sports and racing calendar.
You will collaborate with our content teams to develop the content, ensuring it is optimised for each platform and resonates with our target audience, and lead in the delivery of paid social media campaigns focused on delivering top of funnel brand metrics.
You will
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and engagement.
- Utilise data, and industry best practice to deliver best in class social media content.
- Measure and analyse results using analytical tools and report findings to key stakeholders.
- Utilise Platform Ads Managers and Sprout Social to manage and optimise social media campaigns.
- Perform compliance checks on all social media communications to ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and regulatory adherence.
About You
- A strong understanding of all the social media platforms, what they offer advertisers and users.
- Understand the value of social content in driving brand outcomes.
- Excellent digital/social campaign build, monitor, optimize and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of the various social advertising formats and placements.
- Communicates effectively and relates well to business and technical specialists.
- Engages with external partners and vendors in an effective manner.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Facebook, TikTok, Google, Snap, X ad platforms is preferrable.
- Experience with any social monitoring or campaign management tools like Sprinklr, Sprout etc.
