ey responsibilities include:

  • Lead high-impact initiatives & projects that transform CRM strategy and improve customer engagement.
  • Develop scalable frameworks to future-proof CRM, ensuring efficiency and long-term growth.
  • Own key inputs into the CRM capability backlog, managing project scoping, stakeholder alignment, and execution.
  • Own and drive key initiatives to enhance contractability, including opt-in optimisation, data management improvements, and comms strategy enhancements to maximise customer reach and engagement.
  • Identify and launch new CRM innovations, including emerging channels, new Braze features, and personalisation strategies.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to pinpoint growth opportunities and shape strategic decision-making.
  • Influence the future of CRM, shaping long-term direction and best-in-class engagement strategies.


About You

You’re a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of customer marketing - able to translate insights into big-picture plans that drive engagement and commercial impact. You love problem-solving, thrive in fast-paced environments, and know how to align teams around a clear vision.


You’ll also bring:

  • The ability to think critically & creatively to solve problems & identify opportunities for growth & improvement.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to put the customer at the centre of our strategy & who has a deep understanding of customer needs & preferences.
  • The ability to motivate, lead & influence a high performing team.
  • The ability to adapt to new technologies and changing market conditions, alongside the willingness to continuously learn & stay up to date with industry trends.
  • Platform knowledge: Proficiency in CRM platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies: in CRM strategy and planning, with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise, with the ability to lead and manage complex initiatives from conception to execution, while meeting deadlines and objectives.
