About the role

The Technology Office Analyst will be supporting the Head of Technology Office – People and Budget in supporting the governance of Sportsbet Technology’s talent initiatives, including future graduate programs, intern programs, and internal career pathways. Additionally, the Tech Office Analyst will support the coordination of the Technology People OKRs and overall governance of Technology OKR’s.

This person will support the technology budget processes and provide analysis of ongoing tech budget commitments.

Key Accountabilities:

• Oversee implementation, and continuous improvement of Technology talent programs, including graduate and intern programs, as well as internal career pathways in Technology.
• Develop and maintain key metrics showing the performance of the various talent initiatives
• Analysis of existing technology budget commitments, and provide insights and solutions.
• Support the optimisation of delivery processes through data driven insights.
• With support of Senior Technology leaders, promote the Sportsbet Technology brand externally
• Build relationships with educational institutions and industry partners to attract top emerging talent.
• Promote a culture of transparency and inclusivity through regular updates and interactive sessions.
